As a result of patron demand, the Library will be continuing our morning Yoga classes for the foreseeable future.
Please note that due to numerous scheduling conflicts, the classes will now be offered on Tuesday mornings from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM beginning October 31.
NO Registration is required for the classes. If this will be your first time attending the morning class, please come a few minutes early to fill out contact information and sign an exercise waiver.
The classes will be led by Clint Saunders. Clint will introduce the basics of yoga practice and the myriad benefits yoga can bring to your life.
Clint is a personal trainer at The Warehouse and has a degree in Health and Human Kinetics and Coaching from Ohio Wesleyan University.
You must be 16 years of age or older to attend the classes. Those ages 16-18 must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian on file before attending the classes.
Please bring your own yoga mat or beach towel, and make sure to wear comfortable clothing.
Always check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program or routine.
