Living History Nights at Bossard Library

Calling all history lovers!

Living History Nights, presented by the Gallipolis Living History Nights Committee, will be at the Bossard Library on July 18-20.

The theme for this year's performances is First Ladies in Black: Wives of Assassinated Presidents.

Each night a scholar/living historian will assume the role of a First Lady in Black and perform a monologue based on the life of that individual. Thursday's First Lady in Black will be Mary Todd Lincoln, Friday's First Lady in Black will be Lucretia Garfield, and Saturday's First Lady in Black will be Jacqueline Kennedy.
