Wi-Fi to Go: Mobile Hotspot Lending Program

Bossard Library will begin loaning wireless mobile hotspots to patrons ages 18 and over on Monday, March 13. The full policy is available here.

ANIMAL INSIDE OUT Reservations

Our ANIMAL INSIDE OUT online reservation system is undergoing maintenance. If you would like to call to make your FREE reservation, please call this number (740.446.7323) and talk to Lynn (extension 229), Debbie (extension 235), or Amber (extension 233).

Individuals and groups of less than 10 are more than welcome to visit the exhibit as walk-ins. Wait times to enter the exhibit are lasting no more than a few minutes.

In-B-Tween Club Hike at Gatewood Trail System Postponed

Due to the weather, the In-B-Tween Club Hike scheduled for this evening at the Gatewood Trail System in Rio Grande has been postponed until next Tuesday, September 24, 2024.

Please note that next Tuesday the hike will start at 5:00 PM.

COSI Zoo-Themed Connect Kits Available

In anticipation of the Library's upcoming Animal Inside Out exhibition, the library is offering to families a free COSI Connects Zoo-Themed Kit.

Xerox Machine Upgrades

The availability of faxing and photocopying will be sporadic throughout the day (Tuesday, July 9) as we replace our older Xerox machines with new models.

Pinewood Derby Day at the Library

The 2024 National Library Week theme is "Ready, Set, Library!" In celebration of National Library Week, the Library encourages school-aged youth, grades K-12, to register for the Library's PInewood Derby Day. This fun-filled, free event will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to noon. This inaugural event is open to the public.

Story Time temporarily @ Gallipolis First Church of God

Gallipolis First Church of God Storytime

In order to offer our patrons and guests the full Animal Inside Out exhibit experience, Storytime will temporarily be held on Tuesday mornings at 10:00 AM at the Gallipolis First Church of God, 1723 State Route 141, Gallipolis.

Children ages 3-6 are invited to join Ms. Kim for stories, songs, crafts, and games on Mondays at 10:00 AM.

Storytime will return to Mondays at 10:00 AM in the Riverside Room at the Library on January 13, 2025.

A big "Thank You" to Gallipolis Church of God for allowing us to use their facility during our exhibit.
