While libraries across the state and the nation are closed to slow the spread of COVID-19, many information providers are offering to make their resources temporarily available to library patrons.

Bossard Memorial Library is now offering curbside service to its patrons.

Out of an abundance of caution, the following Library programs scheduled for the week of March 16 are cancelled: Morning and Evening Yoga, Lapsit, Writers' Guild, All Tween and Teen Programs.

The Dr. Samuel L. Bossard  Memorial Library is diligently monitoring information on the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The health and safety of our patrons and staff is a top priority. Currently, the Library is open and operating under a normal schedule. At this time, the Library will continue to offer regular programming. Please refer to the Library's website or the Library's Facebook page for updates and to check the status of scheduled library programs.

From March 3 to March 13, 2020, the Gallia County Board of Developmental Disabilities will feature a traveling mobile museum exhibit in the Riverside Room. This exhibit is free and can be viewed during normal library hours, excluding those times when meetings/programs are being held in the Riverside Room.

Running from January 6, 2020 through April 1, 2020, Bossard's Adult Winter Reading Program "Once Upon a Time", offers our adult patrons the opportunity to win prizes by reading or listening to their favorite books.
