Start your week of right with some relaxing Yoga!
Evening Yoga classes will be held in the Riverside Room every Monday from 6:00 to 7:00 PM.
The class will be led by Logan Black, a Certified Yoga instructor. Logan will introduce the basics of Yoga practice and the myriad benefits yoga can bring to your life.
Please make sure to arrive a few minutes early to your first class as you will need to fill out contact information and sign an exercise waiver.
You must be 16 years of age or older to attend the class. Those ages 16-18 must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian on file before attending the class.
Please bring your own yoga mat or beach towel, and make sure to wear comfortable clothing. A few yoga mats will be available for those who do not own or have forgotten their own mat.
Always check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program or routine.
